MA DPU Order on 3 Year Electric Procurement Plan Policy Action

Massachusetts DPU order approving electric distribution companies for the years 2010 through 2012.
According to the order, "The Three-Year Plans stem from the requirements of the Green Communities Act, passed by the Legislature and signed into law by Governor Patrick in July 2008. The Three-Year Plans were developed through a comprehensive effort involving our state’s energy industry stakeholders and directed by the Department of Energy Resources. The Three-Year Plans detail benefits to Massachusetts residents and businesses including billions of dollars of net energy savings, a significant number of new energy sector jobs, and lower energy bills that flow directly from energy efficiency program implementation."
