ENE summary of approved three-year natural gas and electric efficiency plans passed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities in January 2010.
The approved plans set the course for the first three-year investment cycle mandated by the Green Communities Act , passed in 2008, which requires the state’s electric and natural gas distribution utilities as the energy efficiency program administrators to procure all cost-effective energy efficiency.
