The Connecticut Roadmap is divided into two parts, Part I: Overview (16 page, pdf report), which summarizes emissions sources in Connecticut and overviews policy options.

Part II: Strategies  (36 page, pdf report), details options for cutting carbon emissions in Connecticut.
