ENE Report: Strategies to Achieve CT Carbon Cap Papers & Publications

This 6-page report uses ENE’s 2007 Climate Change Roadmap for New England and Eastern Canada as a framework for assessing Connecticut’s progress on implementing greenhouse gas (GHG) reducing policies. It outlines the additional steps that must be taken for Connecticut to meet its GHG reduction goals, many of which are incorporated into HB 5600, the Global Warming Solutions Act.
