ENE testimony in support of Rhode Island's proposed S2633/H7524: Diesel Emissions Reduction Act of 2008. The goal of the legislation is to require the installation of the most stringent retrofit devices on state owned and operated vehicles and on equipment used on state-funded construction sites.
